Impact investors & donors

Our entrepreneurs’ fund will award stipends of €36,000 (€3,000 per month over 12 months) by different modes: raffle, community councils and experts panel. It’s open to anyone building a business, whatever their background. Germany’s start-up rate is 13.0 %, in the US it is 17.7 %,1,2 and all-women teams receive only ~1 % of VC:3 the bottleneck is access, not talent. The team has run Kultur- und Kreativpilot*innen since 2010 (480 alumni) and was responsible for platform engineering, product development, automation and chairing the board at Mein Grundeinkommen (~200,000 recurring donors).

We are raising €600,000 by mid-2027 from a few lead donors for cohort 1; a capped share of successful everypreneurs’ revenue flows back into the fund.

Entrepreneurship is still a long way from reaching all of society

The potential is there. Access isn’t.

Founding rate

13.0%
of 18 to 64-year-olds in Germany were starting a business in 2025, or running one no more than three and a half years old. This is the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor’s early-stage entrepreneurship rate, TEA for short.1Global Entrepreneurship Monitor: Unternehmensgründungen im weltweiten Vergleich – Länderbericht Deutschland 2025/26, RKW Kompetenzzentrum, 2025.

The GEM calls this a new all-time high.1 In the US it was 17.7 per cent in 2025, so just over a third higher.1,2

Women founders and venture capital

About 1%
of venture capital in 2025 went to all-female founding teams: 53 million out of 7.8 billion euros. All-male teams got 94 per cent.3Startup-Finanzierungen: Nur 1 Prozent des Risikokapitals fließt an rein weibliche Jungunternehmen, EY, zum EY Startup-Barometer 2026: Gründerinnen und Gründer, 2025.

The venture capital figures come from EY’s analysis for 2025, which counts only startups whose founding team is known. In all, startups raised almost 8.4 billion euros in 2025.3,4

How selection works

  1. Applicationwith a project: an idea that isn’t a company yet, or a company that already exists

  2. Three procedures, ranked equally

    • Raffle
    • Community councils
    • Experts panel

None of them is a preliminary stage or an exception to another. Which of them we use, and in what proportion, is what we’re deciding now.

  3. “Founder’s salary”

How the fund refills itself

Innovation funds, impact investors and private individuals give everypreneurs its start capital, and (future) entrepreneurs pay small academy fees, which flow into knowledge. everypreneurs passes on money, network, knowledge, community and, optionally, research. everypreneurs and alumni receive a founder’s salary, network and knowledge. Their businesses pay a binding share back into the fund: the reverse generation contract.

The model to try out, with sources

“We are creating a self-sustaining entrepreneurial fund that, over time, will mainly be refilled by its successful and thriving community and alumni.”
